How do I start a custom project? +
Contact us by phone, email or online form. Please provide your design drawings or samples, application scenarios, and estimated quantity. Our engineers will respond within 4 hours to discuss technical feasibility and preliminary solutions.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ varies by product: Standard nickel electroforming products start at 1,000 pcs; Aluminum printing products start at 2,000 pcs; Special processes or custom sizes are negotiable. Sample orders typically start at 50-100 pcs.
What is the sample development process? +
1) Customer provides design drawings or physical sample → 2) We evaluate process feasibility and quote → 3) Sample production upon confirmation (5-7 business days) → 4) Sample approval → 5) Mass production. Free sample evaluation service is available.
What is the production lead time? +
Standard products: 10-15 business days after sample approval; Large orders: 15-20 business days; Special processes or complex custom products require individual evaluation. Our on-time delivery rate exceeds 98%.
What file formats do you accept? +
Preferred formats: AI, CDR, PDF vector files, images at 300dpi or above for reference. Simple text descriptions or hand-drawn sketches are also acceptable. Our design team can assist with completing the design.
How do you ensure product quality? +
We are ISO9001 certified. Every product undergoes strict quality inspection: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and outgoing inspection. We also provide first article inspection and pre-shipment samples for quality assurance.
Which countries do you ship to? +
We serve global customers. Major export regions include: USA, Canada, Europe (Germany, UK, France, etc.), Japan, South Korea, Australia, and more. We have extensive export experience and are familiar with customs clearance procedures in various countries.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Standard payment: T/T 30% deposit, balance before shipment; Long-term partners can apply for net-30 terms; First-time customers are recommended to use T/T or PayPal. We accept USD, RMB, EUR and other major currencies.
What certifications can you provide? +
We can provide: ISO9001 quality management system certification, material test reports (SGS/ITS certified), REACH/RoHS environmental certification, product specifications, etc. Please inform us in advance if other specific certifications are required.
How durable are your products? +
Our nameplate products are rigorously tested: Corrosion resistance test (salt spray test over 72 hours), wear resistance test, high temperature resistance test (-40C to +200C), UV aging test, etc. Specific durability depends on product material and process selection.
